He is survived by : his siblings, Donna Warden (Roy Hedgepath), Darlene Lackey and Jeffrey "Buster" Bullington; his nephews, Derek Crutcher and Christopher Bullington; his niece Bridget Warden (Regina Day); and his friend Virgil Tidwell.
