He was predeceased by: his father George Edward Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Templeton Pickard of Gallatin; his sons, Aaron Pickard of Gallatin and Jeffrey Bond (Pamela) of Hendersonville; his siblings, Tim Pickard (Rita) of McEwen, TN, William Pickard (Heather) of Portland and Kim Morris of Castalian Springs; his grandchildren, Vivian Pickard, Anderson Pickard, Garrett Pickard and Jacob Bond; and his stepgrandchildren, Bailey Jenkins, Trinity Jenkins and Hunter Jenkins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethpage Masonic Lodge #521 F&AM, 602 Old Highway 31E, Bethpage, TN 37022.
