She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Compton and Nellie Compton (Sumner); her husband Thomas T. Allen; her daughter Linda Sewell; her granddaughter Robin Sewell; and her son-in-law Willie Henson.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ziegel (William), Jean Henson, Judy Mabry (Phillip), Bonnie Allen and Thomas Allen, Sr. (Thresa). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
