Gregory Brian Wright Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Brian Wright (Gallatin, Tennessee), who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Homer Wright (Junior); and his stepfather Robert Griffith (Joe). He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hall Griffith of Martinsville, VA; his children, Blake Wright (Chyna) of Portland, TN and Samantha Carmack (Justin) of Lafayette, TN.; his grandchildren, Giana, Clayton Wright, Kennedy and Aubrey Carmack; his former wife Tammy McKinney Wright; his friend Jennifer Manna Brinkman; and his siblings, Robin Short (Doug) and Sam Wright (Denise). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
They had planned to visit Greece but those plans were foiled by the pandemic.
Greg's favorite charity was St. Jude's Children's Hospital. If you are so moved, please make a donation to St. Jude in his name.
