As Hank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Hank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hank leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his daughters, Maggie Bales (Joel) and Alice Miller; and his nephews, Tom Zylstra (Judi) and John Zylstra (Cari). He is also survived by four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, a charity dear to his and Judy's hearts.
