She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Carter and Sadie Ray Carter; her sons, James William Perry and Roger Lee Perry; her grandson Lee Carter Perry; and her siblings, Hessie Woodrow Carter, Charles E. Carter, Carlis Dee Carter, Noman C. Carter, Melton Carter, Clyde G. Carter, William P. Carter and Flossie Frances Durham.
She is survived by: her husband William Scottie Parker of Gallatin; her grandson James Scott Perry (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Karter Lee Perry and Emry Kay Perry.
