He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Cox and Margaret P. Cox. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his siblings, David S Cox and Dr. M. L. Cox; his nephew Christian Cox; his sons, David W Cox of Mt Juliet, TN and Timothy W Cox (Tina) of Portland, TN; his grandchildren, Casey M. Henry (Kyle) of Gallatin, TN and Dylan W. Cox (Reba) of Cedar Hill, TN.; his sister-in-law Virginia Cox of Sylva, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Presley Henry and Ainsley Cox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.
