He was predeceased by: his former wife June Boze Shoulders; his parents, Jimmie Shoulders and Flora W Shoulders; and his siblings, Albert W Shoulders, Alec Shoulders, Robbie Shoulders, Virgil Shoulders, Katherine Whitley, Louise Woodard, Sue Putney Drick and Laura Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Inman (Todd), Carla Petitt (Floyd) and Hugh Bradley Jr. (Patty); his wife Lynn Spence Shoulders; his stepchildren, Angela Bolick (Mark) and Neil Spence; his grandchildren, Sarah Spence, Matthew Spence, Nancy June Damer (Chase), Kaitlin Bolick, Will Powell, Zach Petitt (Kaylee), Margaret Sauers (Jackson), Dylan Shoulders, Luke Petitt and Griffin Shoulders; and his great grandchild Beau Bradley Damer.
