It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edwin Voekel of Gallatin, Tennessee, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James Edwin leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was an active Free Mason (50 year Scottish Rite Member), deeply involved in the brotherhood and its principles of integrity, kindness, and charity.
