He was predeceased by: his father Troy Monroe Pack. He is survived by: his wife Stacie Thompson Pack of Gallatin; his children, Camren Pack of Gallatin, Mary Grace Bastin of Gallatin and Tyler Brook Roberts (Jessica) of Bethpage; his granddaughter Jaycee Lynn Roberts; his mother Bonnie Helen Kell Pack of Hendersonville; his siblings, Troy Denton Pack (Kara) of Murfreesboro and Kelly Jarillo (Ignacio) of White House; his nephew Nathan Pack; and his nieces, Sarah Pack, Ariana Jarillo and Madalyn Jarillo.
