He is survived by: his wife Edna; his children, Tammy Slaughter (Dennis), Jerry Persun Jr. (Patty) and Carl Persun (Lisa); his stepson Marty Tucker (Judy); his grandchildren, Kevin Persun (Stephanie), Holly Blanford, Morgan, Brittany Madden, Justin (Ashley), Matthew (Heather), Chase and Faith Tucker; his siblings, Al Persun, Daryl Mundy (Sue) and Dawn Vetter (Mark); his daughter-in-law Beth Tucker; and his close friend Gary Deano Medlock. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
