He is survived by: his wife Gigi Chase; his children, Angela (Chase) Bastin (Martin), Thomas Charles Frazier, Frederick Price Frazier (Kara) and Dr. Christopher Graham Frazier (Brandy); his grandchildren, Chase Bastin, Kelley Bastin, Ava Grace Frazier, Naomi Frazier, Jared Sprinkle (Macy), Carter Garrett, Callie Frazier, Brandon Johnson and Graham Frazier; his great grandchild Mac Sprinkle; his brothers, Vaughn Chase and Johnny Chase; and his pets, Frankie and Marshall.
