He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia; and his mother Mary Forewright. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Duncan; and his daughters, Veronica (James Mayville), Rebecca (Rusty McKnight) and Rhonda Lane. He is also survived by grandchildren and 10-plus great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
