He is survived by : his mother Mary Lou Keene; his wife Mary Ann Keene (Hale); his son Johnny Alan; his daughter-in-law Samantha Keene; his daughter Dr. Emily Ann; his son-in-law Edgar Reyes; his grandchildren, Isaac, Jacob, SarahElizabeth, Noah Keene, Zechariah, Elijah and Ellyanna Reyes; his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law Kevin Smith; his niece Caitlin Purnell (Walter); his great-nieces and great-nephews, August and Parker; his nephew Logan Smith (Soni); his brother Dr. Bernie; his sister-in-law Gayle Jernigan; his brother Tom; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Sanders.
