Burlison, Sr. (Penny) of Medina, OH and Peggy Stacey of Gallatin; her grandchildren, Shelby Garrette-Lillard (Dylan), Jacob S. Bates, Braxton Bates, Baylea Bates, Brycen Bates, Sean Bates, Leo Bates and Kaylyn McClanahan; her great grandchildren, Hudson Lillard and Annalise Kate Lillard; and her pet Izzy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
