She is survived by: her children, Richard Cook (Gena) of Castalian Springs, Mike Cook of Gallatin and Jennifer Cook of Gallatin; and her sisters, Ruth Ann Everetts of Indiana, Scharon Clark of Indiana and Angie White (Darren) of Indiana. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
