It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherina Smith of Gallatin, Tennessee, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flattinger and Katherine Welsh Flattinger; and her son Thomas Smith. She is survived by: her husband John T. Smith; her son James Smith (Samantha); her sister Erika Smith; her grandson Darrell Smith (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Nash and Cecilia.
