He was predeceased by : his parents, Kelly Albert Bell, Sr. and Maud Jeanett Chappell Bell; his stepson Brett Edward Blackson; and his brother Harry Frank Bell. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Kendall Bell; his children, Melissa Bailey (Dave), Kelly Shane Bell (Tina) and Bobby Blackson; his grandchildren, Kayla, Dakota Bell (Allison), Caleb and Josh Bailey; and his sister Alice Verdun Broadus.
