He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Gilbert; and his brothers, Stevie Gilbert and Herbert "Gib" Gilbert, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Corey Gilbert of Portland, Cameron Settle of Westmoreland and Ginger Gilbert of Gallatin; his sister Susan Cage (Rob) of Gallatin; and his grandchild Kourtney Sadler.
