She was predeceased by: her father Otto Chamber Nusbaumer; her husband William Harold Troutt; her daughter Karen Troutt; and her brothers, Robert Nusbaumer, Larry Nusbaumer and Duane Nusbaumer.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Troutt, Ricky Troutt, Rick Walk (Donna), Dennis Troutt and Brenda Troutt Kelly; and her siblings, Cecil Nusbaumer (Carol), Lowell Nusbaumer (Ginger), Danny Nusbaumer (Gladys), Richard Nusbaumer and Marcella Barr. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
