He is survived by: his mother Lindy Gupton Reece (Wendell) of Goodlettsville, TN; his wife Joanna; his daughter Breanna; his brother Kelly Gupton (Susan); his nephews, Kaleb and Lucas; his grandfather Bud Wendell; his aunts and uncles, Lary Gupton (Luzvimenda), Dan Wendell (Patricia), Andy Wendell, Beth Cosgrove (Dave) and Carla Sheets (Mike); his parents-in-law, Deborah Mock of Waynesville, NC and Joe Hampton, Jr. of Nashville, TN; his brother-in-law Jay Hampton (DeAnn); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Charlee Ann of Hendersonville, TN and Bernie Hampton (Jaime); his great-nephews, Elijah and Ethan; his great-niece Elise of Waynesville, NC; Vivian Hampton. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
