She was predeceased by: her father John Edward Ford, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Ron Waddle of Gallatin; her children, Allen Waddle (Tonya Palmer) of Mt. Juliet and Emily Waggoner (Brian) of Gallatin; her brother John Edward Ford, Jr. of Oak Grove, TN; and her grandchildren, Aschlen Waggoner and Bryson Waggoner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
