She was predeceased by: her husband William Franklin Martin; her parents, Lawrence Brady Durham and Cammie Frances Durham (Fleming); her great-grandparent Queen Elizabeth Ausbrooks (Perdue); her grandfather John Calvin; her son Donald; and her siblings, Lawrence Brady Durham, Jr. and Ruth Allitine Carter (George Bryson Carter).
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Dewey Allen Pryor; her in-laws, William Elbert Anderson (Ruby Pauline), James Howard Walker (Julia Corinne), Vernon Talmadge Martin, Winona Alice Martin, Garland Edward Sherron (Annie Louise) and Leroy Troutt (Betty Sue); her siblings, Wilma Frances "Peggy" Pryor and Alton Rabon Durham (Linda); her children, Barbara Jean Kirkham (Larry E. Kirkham), James Franklin Martin, Gary Michael Martin (Donna L.), Randy David Martin (Sharon M.), Tracy Allen Martin (Hannah G.), Kenneth Wayne Martin, Lisa G. Canary, Danny Ray Martin (Tiffany D.) and Kevin Scott Martin (Tina); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Heather Martin (Andy), Jennifer, Jerry Wright, Lori, David Madgett, Cynthia, Shire (Brayla), Kristen, Blair Bunn, Holly, Eric Stamper, Travis, Catherine Martin (Ariel), Shane, Stephanie Martin, Allyson, Timmy Choate, Misty, Matt Drone (Connor), Zachary, Savanna Martin, Alex and Macey Martin (Charlotte).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks for donations to be made to the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery fund in her honor.
