He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cole Neighbours; his son Paul (Shirley); his stepchildren, Tia Wright (Terry) and Jimmy Todd Elliott (Larisa); his grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Sarah, Ethan and Casey; his brother David Neighbours (Pam); his half-siblings, Audrey McCarter, Shelia Thurman (CT) and Mark Tate; and his birth mother Marie Harris Tate.
