He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmerich Dietl and Lillian Riess Dietl. He is survived by: his wife Diane Tucker; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Watkins and Norman Watkins; his nephews, Ben Watkins, Eric Watkins (Crystal) and John Watkins (Elizabeth); his niece Jaela Flowers (Butch); and his pet Sadie.
