He is survived by : his wife Judy Troutt Cook of Gallatin; his children, Richard Cook (Gena) of Castalian Springs, Mike Cook of Gallatin and Jennifer Rose (Bob) of Gallatin; his brother Tony Cook (Lois) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Troy Cook (Karen), Neil Cook (Amanda Sells), Stephanie Zekany (Richard), Josh Cook (Madison), Dustin Williams, Nick Thieme, Greg Thieme (Alicia) and D. J. Cook.
