He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Clarice Nelson Johnson; his wife Brenda Coley Johnson; and his brothers, Ron Johnson and Gary Johnson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Holli Steward, Tammy Kellogg (David), David Steward and Jason Lee (Heather); and his stepgrandchildren, LaParis Rickman, Rayvin Rickman and Reid Kellogg.
