He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Roth; his children, Rick Roth (Allie) of San Jose, CA, Anna Strobel of Kansas City, MO, Blake Roth (Katie) of Hendersonville, TN, Brent Roth (Kirsten) of Gallatin, TN and Lauren Douglas of Brentwood, TN; his grandchildren, Jack Roth, Adelyn Roth, Macy Strobel, Peyton Strobel, Jude Roth, Max Roth, Bryce Roth, Isaac Roth, Sage Roth, Vivian Douglas, Kelsey Roth, Brodie Douglas, Riley Johnson and Seb Roth; his siblings, Bob Roth (Marcia) of Lincoln, NE and Peggy McCune of Omaha, NE; and also Eric Johnson (Allison) of Gallatin, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
