He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy J. Johnson, Sr. and Shirley A. McAlpine; and his siblings, Jerry W. McAlpine and Glenda Lemmons. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Rollin (Ricky) of Westmoreland, Regina Harper of Castalian Springs and Billy Johnson, Jr. of Nashville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with expenses.
