He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billy Ray Franks and Carolyn Ross. He is survived by: his wife Pauletta Franks; his children, Keshia Franks of Gallatin and Harlee Franks of Kentucky; his sister Janice Adams of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Adison Zabala, Peyton Evans, Ke'Anthony Spence and Nehemiah Spence; and his great grandchildren, Elliot Franks and Lyric Rayne Zabala.
