She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Kephart McNamara and Fleta May Ramey McNamara; her brother Jack McNamara; and her grandson Casey Parks. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Legard and Allan Legard (Nancy). She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
