It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shella M. Galvin of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Janisse and Sara Ann Janisse (Sally); her husband Jim Galvin; her children, Lynn Odell (Jim), James Galvin (Kathy), Timothy Galvin (Tracie) and Lori Martini (Mike); her grandchildren, Jimmy Odell, Erin Bade (Dan), Katie Aiken (Will), Jenna Nelson (Alex), Jamie Galvin, Pamela Wegenka (Joe), Timmy Galvin, Amie Tewell (Matthew), Sarah Galvin, Matthew Galvin, Michael Martini, Maria Martini, Nick Martini and Ella Martini; her great grandchildren, Annabelle Bade, Caroline Bade, Ava Galvin, Charlie Wegenka, Olivia Wegenka, Emma Tewell and Jack Tewell; and her brother Edward Janisee (Rose). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
The family asks that those wishing to express sympathy to consider making a donation to St. Joseph Catholic School in Madison, Tennessee or to Catholic Charities of Nashville in Shella's name.
