He was predeceased by: his wife Bun Toch. He is survived by: his daughters, Sokha Som (Cheiv Sok), Sokhom Som (Oscar Tapia) and Sokhon Som; his grandchildren, Channton Sok, Vothy Sok, Kevin Sok (Nysi), Joseph Som, Matthew Mian, Marikayla Som, Thomas Som, Alex Som and Rey Vongboupha; and his great grandchild Alaina.
