She is survived by: her sister Sally Head; her children, Dana Kane, Bryan Koch (Amy), Angie Boone (Lee) and Chad Koch (Kelly); her grandchildren, Sydney Nolen (Jacob), Jacob Boone, Alex Kane, Calli Boone and Bailey Daughtry; and her great grandchild Elliot.
In honor of many years of dedicated service as a Sumner County school bus driver, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in honor of Mrs. Susie to the Sumner County School Family Resource Center.
