He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Rye Perry, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Perry; his mother Betty Buttrey; and his children, Keith Perry (Andi), Ricky Perry (Nanci), Renee' Bates (Trevor) and Shane Roberts. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
