It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Phelps Sr. of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Washington Phelps and Lona Jane Higgs Phelps; and his brothers, Jay Phelps and Billy Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Jean Phelps; his son Tommy Phelps, Jr. (Rachelle); his grandsons, Dylan Phelps (Anna), Chandler Phelps and Adam Phelps; his great grandchildren, Harper Claire Phelps and Hollyn Rhea Phelps; his niece Tammy Phelps; and his nephew Randy Phelps.
