He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Gale" Rodgers Brewer; his children, William "Bill" Earl Brewer (Donna K.) of Gallatin, Thomas Steven Brewer (Cheryl) of Unionville, TN, Mary Elizabeth Holmes (Roy) of Gallatin, Sherry Lynn Gunter (John) of Hartsville and Nancy Elaine Meadows (Joe) of Hendersonville; and his sister Betty Martin of Alabama. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
