He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Robbins and Martha Sue Stutts; and his former wife Shelia Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Robbins; his children, Amy Robbins of Dyersburg and Jeremy Robbins (Angela) of Dyersburg; his stepchildren, Troy Smith (Melissa) of Cleveland, Carol Shull (Paul) of Cleveland and Jenna Cannon (Bryan) of Cleveland; his siblings, Anita Ellzey of Mississippi, Dianne King of Mississippi and Ronnie Stutts of Washington; his grandchildren, Justin Robbins, Baylee Robbins, Jacob Wilson, Jordan Alexander, Justin Cannon, Rachel Bryant, Riley Shull, Morgan Smith, Collin Shull, Maddie Smith and Maranda Smith; his great grandchildren, Jax Robbins, Jaxon Bryant, Sawyer Bryant, Isla Cannon, Presley Cannon and Jacqueline Cannon; and his great great grandchild Rowen Shull.
