He was predeceased by: his mother Erma Lea Caldwell; and his brother Jerry Steven Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Frances Caldwell; his sons, Jason Scott Caldwell (Maggie) and Brian Caldwell (Amy); his grandchildren, Haylie Clute (Isaiah), Parker Caldwell, Abbie Caldwell, Ava Grace Caldwell and Andrew Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Karma Cross and Waverly Clute; and his sister Diane Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
