He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Holland Arp; and his close friends, Joe Bales and Tommy Basham. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
He was at home, surrounded by his family, after a hardâ€'fought battle with Parkinson's and other health issues.
