He is survived by: his daughter Judy Johnson of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Dustin Nix (Kelsey) of Knoxville and Alexis Johnson Powell (Daniel) of Collegedale; and his caregiver Dewayne Patty.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
