With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Ann Dickens of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas William Bell and Mary Ann Bell; her husband Thomas Morgan Dickens Sr.; and her children, Thomas Morgan Dickens Jr. and Mary Dickens.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kathryn Vaughan, Patricia Kallenberger and Barbara Currie; her brother Thomas Lawrence Bell; her daughter-in-law Charlotte Dickens; and her grandchildren, Laura Howell (Lowry), Karen Jeter, Katie Durham (Tres), Scott-Michael Kallenberger (Hailey), Emily Bergman (Ryan), Elyssa Goulet (Kyle), Adam Currie (JoBeth), Thomas Morgan Dickens IV and Christopher Dickens. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Parkinson Foundation, the PAN Foundation, or St. Louis Church.
