He was predeceased by: his parents, David Alfred Todd Sr. and Martha Hart Todd; and his brother-in-law James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Todd; his sons, Charles (Amelia) and Paul (Hayley); his grandchildren, Maloreigh, Garrett, Connor (Ivy), Eliza, Eleanor, Peter and Yuhan; his great grandchild George; his sister Janet Smith; his nibling Ashley (Blaine); and his siblings-in-law, Wallace and Patsy Madewell.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery (5484 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125).
In lieu of flowers, the family request any donations be sent to Bellevue Baptist Church in his memory.
