Deborah Perkins Schuman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025, Deborah Perkins Schuman of Germantown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Gerard Schuman; her children, Sarah Harlan (Chris), Rachel Harney (Matt), Nicholas Schuman (Emily) and Anna Rose Schuman; her grandson Noah John Harlan; and her siblings, Patricia Hatcher (Eddy), Judy Thompson and Johnny Perkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a great-great-niece.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (203 S White Station Rd, Memphis, TN 38117). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
