She was predeceased by: her parents, John Habick and Margaret Habick; her siblings, John Habick (Lucy), Jackie Habick (Peggy) and Marjorie Welch (Kent); and her grandson Nicholas Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Cook; her sisters, Carol Habick and Myra Xanders (Jerry); and her children, Robin Dalgleish (Bruce), Nicholas Cook (Donna) and Christopher Cook. She is also survived by four grandsons and two great-grandaughters.
