She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cook and Jean Cook. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her siblings, Gail Akey and Drew Cook; and her caregiver Le Bonheur Hospital.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harvest Church (3645 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Germantown, TN 38138). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Life Choices of Memphis or the Page Robbins Adult Day Center.
