It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Nelms Herbert Sr. of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dr. Charles T. Herbert, Sr. and Martha Nelms Herbert; his wife Carol Herbert; his children, Richard N. Herbert, Jr. (Norma) and Michelle Durham; and his grandchildren, John, Charles, Sable and Chase. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
