Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buddy" Cook and Mary Elizabeth Roberts Cook; and his brothers, Bill of Batesville, MS and Glen of Greenwood, MS. He is survived by: his wife Tonya; his sons, Dalton Cook of Chicago, IL and Taylor Cook (Shelby) of Germantown, TN; and his grandchildren, Ansel Robert and Emerson Anne.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
