He was predeceased by: his parents, Burney Proctor and Pauline Proctor; and his brother Don Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Todd Proctor, Cindy Lenoir (Scot) and Steve Proctor (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Papaw, Megan Calton (Andrew), Katie Proctor, Ethan Lenoir, Mitch Proctor, Cole Proctor, JB Lenoir, Olivia Proctor and Ellie Proctor; his great grandchild Lucy Proctor; and his siblings, Connie Buchholz, Robert Proctor and Pam Whiddon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made in Ron's honor to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project.
