It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra C. Fowinkle of Germantown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Edith; her siblings, Walter, Wanda, Allen and Jaqueline; her husband Dan Fowinkle; and her stepdaughter Nell.

She is survived by: her stepsons, Lee Fowinkle and Jimmy Fowinkle; and her stepgrandchildren, Tripp and Tyler.
